  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange and click the button of “Return & Refund”.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or manufacturer defective).
